HP-Z640 APPLICATION SUDDENLY CLOSE (LIKE VMWARE WORKSTATION)

Question

I have hp z640 workstation with dual processor ,

i have installed VMware workstationver17 and i am using pnetlab for training

i noticed that when i am running pnetlab on VMware or any other application or transfer big data that take some time

the device suddenly close all running apps without any reason and all my work suddenly stopped or crash

i am using win 11 pro for workstation i have enough ram and my device working i with dual processor

any one can help me

Check the Power Supply or, SMPS. If it's failing or, faulty it may happen.

Check the CPU temperature. You can check it with apps like HWMonitor, Core Temp, or Open Hardware Monitor to watch CPU temps while running VMware and data transfers.

Clean out any dust, replace thermal paste, and make sure fans are spinning properly. Consider improving airflow.
