User's image

I have a user on windows 11 that recently switched to the New outlook application. and today she could no longer access her profile. I followed all suggestions. Closing all sessions of outlook mobile. PC, Browser and have cleared the cache everywhere I could. I have also checked updates as well but the issue still remains. she is able to open classic outlook and it looks like that works but if she is away from her computer and needs to check her email on another computer the issue is still there. Anu suggestions?

    Hi Edgar,

    Welcome to our forum!

Does the issue occur recently on New Outlook Client?

Does the user have any specific operation before the error occurred?

What is the user’s account? Microsoft 365 or Outook.com or something else?

To further confirm if the issue is more related with the New Outlook, it is suggested the user log in to the account on web version to see if the error persists.

If not, the user may try to run safe mode by going to Close New Outlook>Press Win+R>Type command olk.exe –safe> Open New Outlook to see if there are any differences.

If not, please try to uninstall and reinstall New Outlook to see if it works.

If the error still persists, it's likely related to a service issue affecting some users. It is recommended please continue to use Classic Outlook or Web Version as a temporary workaround.

    Hope it helps.
