Broken phone, authenticator app won't send codes to new phone

Question

I work as a contractor with companies, and as part of my work, I am granted access to portions of my client's Microsoft site. My old phone broke, and when I got a new phone I stopped getting notifications on my authenticator app to access my client's site. I am not given an option to receive a text or a phone call as alternative way to authenticate. I am able to communicate with my client's microsoft account admin, but we have not been able to find a solution to this issue. Please help
