    As per the case- 2504220040015925, we completely understand how important Microsoft 365 is to your daily operations, especially as a startup. As previously communicated, the Microsoft 365 benefit is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Regrettably, this validity period is fixed and cannot be extended beyond the original term.
