Hello,I‘m JEFF， I have been maintaining a Windows Server 2008 system. I found that after the disk was full, I encountered an error when running .exe or .bat programs: "Insufficient system resources to complete the request." Even after freeing up 50GB of space on the system disk, the problem still hasn't been resolved. I have already tried modifying the registry. However, I can't use command shell instructions because neither cmd.exe nor PowerShell can be opened. Please help！
