Hello
I am the Global Administrator for our organisation in Azure Active Directory and need assistance with transferring ownership of our Azure DevOps organization. The previous owner and all Project Collection Administrators in our organisation are no longer active, and the "Change Owner" option is grayed out in Azure DevOps.
