Excess Payment made to Microsoft.

We have mistakenly entered Amount of Rs. 668184 instead of the actual payment of Rs.6681.84 while making payment through wire transfer.

Hence we have paid extra amount of Rs. 661502.16.

We need refund of the extra amount

    Hello,

You can request a refund to our team by sending an email to Microsoft support or as mentioned above you can create a support ticket as well which is detailed above. Usually, for billing related query, it is suggested to directly contact Microsoft billing team by either open ticket or Phone support.

Refer Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn for the similar information.

Also, you can try to get your refund at https://account.microsoft.com/services by signing into your account with which you created the subscription. There you can find the Manage or related options to get the refund back accordingly.

Refer MSDoc for more detailed relevant information.

Please feel free to reach out here if you have any other queries further and also if the answer is helpful, please click on Accept Answer.
