Unable to view my PL 300 Certificate

Hello Team,

I am unable to view my PL300 certificate in the portal. I have taken the exam on 21-April,2025 and passed the same. After 48 hours I did not get my certificate over email or under Microsoft Learn/Credentials/Certificate. Please do the needful.
