Microsoft Entra ID tenant

I am getting emails that my Microsoft Entra ID tenant is expiring and if I don't make a purchase my next Microsoft purchase will require a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant next time I purchase a Microsoft product. However, this is personal account, not a business account, and my Office 365 subscription is active for another year still. The email sends me to my account and I have no idea what is expected of me once I go there.
