While deploying a new Bing Search v7 resource on Azure, I received the following error message:

"Deployment of new Bing resources is unavailable. If you want to leverage search results with LLMs, refer to the new Grounding with Bing Search product."

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue or any alternative steps to deploy the Bing Search v7 resource? Additionally, any information about the new Grounding with Bing Search product and how to use it would be highly appreciated.
