Hi, Rohith, thanks for the help! Turns out, the sendgrid support was just mistaken. I reached out to them again, and the second time they were able to fix the issue within minutes 🤦.
Sendgrid Plugin 'no IPs are available for this account'
Hi,
we experience an issue where we can not sent mails through sendgrid (with azure as the provider). The error message is 'no IPs are available for this account'. The sendgrid support told me:
"To resolve this, you’ll need to reach out to your reseller—in this case, Microsoft Azure. They have the necessary access to assign an IP address to your account."
However, somehow azure only refers to the sendgrid support for questions for the plugin. Anybody else who has experienced this?
