Merging Two Accounts and Correcting Email ID

Hi Team,

As i had a conversation with one of your executive they can see two accounts for me in microsoft thus i want to merge the same into one also i need to update my mail id as it is incorrect and i am not getting correct emails once exam has been scheduled by me the correct email id is : <Mod remove PII>
