How to recover microsoft admin account

Hi,

I was testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales with trial. So, for that, I created Microsoft account. I had two accounts, Admin and a normal user(John Doe, the one I am using right now) in the organisation. Accidentally, the Authenticator app was un-installed from my phone and right now, I am not able to access/login my admin account(since it uses Authenticator app code for verification). I can only use this normal account which don't have Authenticator set-up for it. Also, I don't have any backups and alternative sign-in methods to recover my account. I also don't have any other admin.

Note: I know the Admin account and its password, it's just that it requires Authenticator app code for sign-in to complete.

I found this(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2) page, but the phone number for India does not work. Also, I tried to reach support, but it seems that the normal user account(John Doe) does not have permission to do that.

Please guide me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
