Hello,
I successfully verified my domain (copypastereport.com) via TXT record about 24 hours ago and I am attempting to create a Public Trust certificate profile in Azure Trusted Signing. However, the "Verified CN and O" dropdown remains empty and the message "Please complete the Identity Validation" still appears.
Here are additional details:
- No items appear under "Identity validations" in the Azure Portal.
- I have not received any email instructions or documentation requests for identity validation.
- My TXT record is visible in public DNS lookups and appears to be configured correctly.
- The domain is not in use by any other tenant to my knowledge.
- I've waited nearly 24 hours since setup.
How do I trigger or complete the Identity Validation process required for certificate issuance?
Thanks in advance for your help!
