I have an ongoing issue of Windows Hello taking an extended amount of time to authenticate, 10-20 seconds. Does anyone else get this? I am using fingerprint to authenticate. I have had this happening for several months.
I have had this issue across a number of devices, so it feels like it is more at a user/profile level. Using Windows 11.

    Clear Windows Hello cache:

    Open Command Prompt as administrator

Type: winbio purge and press Enter

    Reset Windows Hello:

    • Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options
    • Under Windows Hello Fingerprint, select "Remove"
    • Re-enroll your fingerprints
