I took subscription pay as you go . I am not using any resources but still money is getting deducted from my account

Hi , Two months back I took pay-as-you-go Azure subscription . I saw from last two months money is getting deducted from my account . Cost Analysis shows blank . Old bill shows resource name as Other Microsoft purchases . I never purchased any of these . Why money is getting deducted still ?

the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

Thank you for your prompt response . While going to Help+support page , I am not able to create a support request . May be because I have cancelled my subscription now

You can verify here in the right corner if you see Status is disabled then you might have cancelled it
