We have created a chatbot via Copilot Studio to access our knowledge sources (SharePoint-url). The generated answers are correct and sometimes, but not always, contain the clickable link to the source, even though [1] is mentioned. What could be the cause of this? We want to ensure that [1] is always clickable.

    Please consider below points:

    1. Citation link metadata is missing or not fully parsed:
      • Even though [1] appears, the underlying link might not have been attached to it properly in the response metadata.
    2. Inconsistencies in how the SharePoint data is crawled or formatted:
    • If some pages use embedded documents, scripts, or different HTML structures, the knowledge ingestion might not capture links uniformly.
