Hi Team,

I found one problem with below step :

  1. Open any application eg. open Notepad application
  2. Write something on it
  3. Press save button and save as pop up will come but leave it as it is.
  4. Click on "show desktop" (Right after the time and calendar on the taskbar)
  5. Right click on the mouse and step-2 will appear.

Thanks & Regads,

Lalit Solanki

Hi Lalit Solanki, I am Henry and I'd like to help.

It seems like you've encountered an unusual behavior in Windows where the right-click context menu on the desktop interacts with an open application's pop-up window. This could be a minor glitch or a conflict in the Windows environment. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    1. Update Windows

Ensure your Windows is updated to the latest version. Updates often include fixes for minor quirks like this.

    1. Test with Other Applications

Try replicating the issue with different applications (e.g., WordPad, Paint) to see if the behavior is specific to Notepad or consistent across various software.

    1. Restart Windows Explorer

Restarting Windows Explorer can resolve temporary faults:

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. Find Windows Explorer in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.

    1. Reset Desktop Settings

Resetting desktop personalization settings might help:

Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize. Revert to default themes and settings.

    1. Run System File Checker
    • Corrupted system files can cause unexpected behavior. Run the following command in Command Prompt (Admin):
        sfc /scannow

Wait for the scan to complete and repair any issues.
    1. Check Event Viewer

Open Event Viewer (Win + X > Event Viewer) and look for logs related to the issue. This can provide clues about the root cause.

If the problem persists, please let me know.
