No way for support to remove 2FA from my account?

I only have two security methods tied to another account of mine, one of which is obviously through the authenticator App. I made the stupid mistake of carelessly transitioning to a new phone without checking if I should have taken extra steps to transfer my Microsoft Authenticator data as well, blindly assuming that it'd transfer with my other data automatically. Now, since I've got 2FA enabled and am only left with one out of at least two required verification steps, I can't access my account again when I'm asked to re-enter my password.

No recovery codes available, no nothing. No backups either.

I'm still logged in on my account on several services such as the Xbox PC-App, the PC Microsoft Store, my Xbox console and my literal Windows Account, all of which I would love to use to prove that it's truly me, yet I'm told (during Support-Chat) that they are unable to manually verify my identity because the system is apparently just not made that way (which is an incredibly flawed system in my opinion).

The account in question is many years old and is incredibly important to me, is there really nothing I can do from this point?
