Identity Validation stuck 'In Progress' for more than 7 days

Hello,

Our Identity validation has been processing for over 7 days. We meet the requirements of being based in Canada and having a verifiable history of 3+ years. I have not received any emails or updates from Azure. All the information was entered correctly as well. Is anyone able to help me with this?

Hello @Aaron,

Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others ", I'll repost the solution in case you'd like to "Accept " the answer.

As discussed with Meha over a private message, our validation team has been able to verify your request after receiving the details of the registration authority and confirming the date of incorporation.

MSFT messaged me privately and asked for me to verify incorporation docs. Once I did that I was approved within 5 mins.
