I am not sure Microsoft Authenticator is the correct tag. I tried Microsoft 365, but I could not find a sub tag about login to select.
I am trying to log into a clients admin account.
I do not have a second admin.
I have the correct user and password which are working.
I get a request to verify my identity by text only even though I do have a recovery email setup.
When I select text (only option), I get "Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account. Please try again."
I am in the USA, so country code is +1
