Unable to see the EdSv6 Series on portal or via CLI

Hello All,
The region is South Africa Northa and the SKU Name- Standard_E4ds_v6. We requested access to the region/SKU from support.
They confirmed that, they have given access to the region and SKU for the same. However, we are still unable to see that SKU in Usage+Quota and unable to crearte VM as well from the portal. Used CLI to list the VM and we did not see the VM.
Tried creating VM using CLI and getting an error likr this- To access the requested VM Size, subscription must have one of the following feature flags registered : Microsoft.Compute/XEDV6F,Microsoft.Compute/TestSubscription,Microsoft.Compute/VMSKUPreview."
Not sure what is the issue. Can anyone help me understand on this and also help resolve this.

Even though support approved your quota and region access, the error message clearly shows you're missing specific feature registrations on your subscription:

We did try your the steps. On running the first command we are getting this o/p
Says it registered.
Can you help us what could be the reason that we are still not able to see the VM?
Do you think that MS support should do the special whitelisting for this VM? -

- Go to the Azure portal, search for "Quota", select the region South Africa North, and search for Edsv6 in the quotas list as shown in the image below. Ensure that the selected VM family has a minimum of 4 vCPUs, as per your request.
- If you see that both "Cores Available" and "Cores Utilized" are at 0%, it means Microsoft has already allocated the quota required to deploy VMs. Otherwise, you'll need to request additional quota in the South Africa North region for the Standard Edsv6 Family vCPUs and Total Regional vCPUs, as illustrated in the image.
3.To check the list of SKUs available in the region, use the following command. As shown below, the E4ds_v6 SKU is available in Zone 1 and Zone 2: az vm list-skus --location <your-region> --output table
4.The error message you're encountering indicates that the feature flag XEDV6F cannot be registered for your Azure subscription. This commonly occurs when trying to access VM sizes (like the Edsv6 series) that aren't generally available across all subscription types.
You can validate the feature flag status with this command:
az feature show --namespace "Microsoft.Compute" --name "XEDV6F"
5.Please verify whether your subscription type and selected region support the Edsv6 series using the following command: az provider show -n Microsoft.Compute --query "resourceTypes[?resourceType=='virtualMachines'].[resourceType, locations]" -o json
If the Edsv6 series is not supported, raise a support request with Azure to enable the feature flag and region for your subscription.
6.We were able to deploy the VM in our test subscription. Please refer to the screenshot below — deployment succeeded even though the feature flag was not explicitly enable.

The issue was with 3 of our subscriptions.
We contacted MS support and we managed to get the quota for all the 3 subsriptions. However, I was not able to see the Edsv6 VM in Usage+Quota.
I escalted to the the team and they did something, I was able to see quota in Usage+quota for one subscription.
However, for other 2 subscription I still do not see the Edsv6 series in the list to check the quota in Usage+Quota
Is this anything relevant to the previous error or issues that I reported initially because thats how it started.
