Just making sure that we understand the issue properly that even when the user profiles are deleted and new ones are created the issue is still ongoing and only for a few users with identical systems are facing this issue.
The first step that you can do is to ask them to clear catch and history of the browsers they are logging in from and to try using incognito mode as old data may be causing this issue.
