Partner Center Payouts API - "Unauthorized: Invalid Authorization header, incorrect audience"

After retrieving a token and then attempting to access the Payouts API for incentives, I am getting the below error:

    "message": "Unauthorized: Invalid Authorization header, incorrect audience"
}

I am able to successfully access and retrieve from the Invoices API with the same token..

Any help?

payouts api seems to be broken. I am able to call all other endpoints like invoice and customers, but this particular one gives me the same error.
