Hi I had a Azure f2a setup but I have lost my phone. I want to request a reset or remove of my azure portals f2a. I had an f2a on my personal Microsoft account which is separate from the Azure f2a, I can access my Microsoft f2a normally.

I had created an ticket with business account, and they tried to reset my business account, but I was not useful and problem did not get resolve.

I also want to stop my Azure service to prevent further billing.
