Hello,

I recently redeemed my Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub Azure benefit, but unfortunately I linked it to the wrong Azure account:

Account: <Mod remove PII> ******gmail.onmicrosoft.com

In the Azure portal, under Directories + Subscriptions, the account shows "No subscriptions." I cannot verify or use the credits.

I would like to request a reset or cancellation of this Azure benefit redemption, so I can redeem it again on my correct Azure account.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from my side.

Thank you for your support!

Best regards,

Stephen Omondi

    Hello STEPHEN OMONDI,

It sounds like you potentially linked a work account when you intended to link a personal account. This will require migrating the credits to the proper account.

You will need to work with a billing engineer to help assist with this matter. Can you please create a ticket here with them to have them ensure your credits are assigned to the proper account?

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
