Delet a account from Authenticator list by accident, how can we reset?

Our customer sent us documents form One Drive,and I just use my company email address to check, but showed my account (@keboda.com) is not correct. I did check with my customer, they really share the documents to me and I have right to access. But I don't know why once I type my company address, it shows not correct. So could you pls help to check what's the reason about it? And in such condiction, I have to use my colleagues's emial (@keboda.com) to access, beofre everething goes smoothly, but two days ago, i just delet the account form Authenticator list by accident on my phone, now i can't got second level verfication code on authenticator to final access the documents. If there anyway steps for us to recover the account ******@keboda.com?Thank you so much for you checking.
