Have been trying for an hour to access my work office account. I do all of my work through onedrive, teams and my email. I am unable to sign on due to it asking for the code shown in my authenticator app although no code shows up! It's a constant loop. When I'm in the app, if i try go through a different sign up method it takes me to a prompt again asking for a number but I'm in the app so am unable to open the app twice? I also tried to remove my account from the app but it's still showing but i'm unable to make any changes to it.
Please help because school starts again tomorrow and I can't access any of my work or planning.
