However, I keep encountering an error stating that submit_support_ticket cannot be found. Despite trying various solutions and verifying all packages, the issue persists. Other users have reported facing the same problem. Could the team please retry the exercise instructions on their system and confirm if there are any updates or changes? If there have been any modifications, could someone please confirm them?
