Every time I ask for help it says Content Filter. I have 1302 customers down all my Azure is down and Microsoft refuses to help, why?

Every time I ask for help it says Content Filter. I have 1302 customers down all my Azure is down and Microsoft refuses to help, why? Is this company just a fraud?

2025-04-28T05:02:12.7+00:00 I have been begging for 3 days to be contacted at as all my services are down for all of my customers and each time it takes me here. Why can you no longer get phone support? Is this company even in America?
