When Reschuduling the Azure DP-100 Exam an error is shown stating "Unexpected error We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support."

I have been trying to reschdule my Azure DP-100 exam. Once I fill in the general details User's image

An error message is shown.
