If you are not able to see the Product option under the billing console, it may be due to the role permissions assigned to your account. Ensure that you have the correct billing account role like "Owner" or "Contributor" to access the features you need. If you are missing the necessary permissions, you will need to ask your Global Administrator to assign you the appropriate role.Please refer to the below MS article:
