Dear Azure Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to request your assistance regarding the billing for my Office at Work SaaS subscription, which has been activated through my Azure Sponsorship account. The subscription was successful, but the billing has not yet been reflected in my account.

As I am preparing to apply for the next phase of my Microsoft Sponsorship, I need to meet the requirement of utilizing at least half of my allocated credit. Processing the billing for this subscription would help me fulfill this requirement.

Additionally, could you kindly confirm that the charges for the Office at Work subscription will be deducted from my Azure Sponsorship credits?

Thank you very much for your time and support. I appreciate your assistance and look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Ahmad

    Hi Ahmad Aljazeeri

The Azure billing portal displays only paid Azure consumption. Since you're using an Azure Sponsorship, the actual usage of your credits may not appear there in detail.

To view credit usage and workload-specific consumption, the Azure Sponsorships Portal provides more relevant information. We recommend that the Azure subscription owner reviews this portal for insights on how credits are being applied.

If the service is eligible under Azure Sponsorship, its charges should automatically be deducted from your sponsorship credits.

For detailed or account-specific billing questions, we recommend submitting a support request in the Azure Portal.

For billing and subscription-related issues, please follow these step by step to create a support request:

    1. Go to the Azure Portal, click on Help + Support, and then select Create a support request.
    2. In the Support + Troubleshooting pane on the right, type "Billing" in the search box, select Billing, and then click Next.
