    Hi,

For systems not detecting Windows updates, here are the recommended actions based on your configuration:

For workstation machines not detecting updates, these systems typically use enterprise update channels, you can:

    • Verify/configure Windows Update for Business (WUfB) or WSUS policies
    • Check Group Policy settings (gpedit.msc → Windows Update)
    • Ensure the device isn't set to defer updates

Besides, most thin clients run customized Windows builds. We recommend:

    • Contacting the OEM to confirm update support for your specific model
    • Verifying if the device runs Windows IoT or a special enterprise SKU
    • Checking for OEM-provided update tools or firmware patches
