Hi

I'm getting the AADDS113 error on my Managed domain and am unsure of how to resolve this. As far as I know there have been no changes to the Resources or the network. Hoping someone can advise?

    Dear collegue,

Thank you for posting yours question here at Q&A portal The AADDS113 error typically occurs when there’s a misconfiguration in DNS or network settings for your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Managed Domain. Since you mentioned no recent changes, I recommend checking the following:

    1. DNS Configuration: Ensure the Managed Domain’s DNS settings are correctly pointing to Azure-assigned nameservers.

Network Security Groups (NSGs): Verify that NSGs aren’t blocking required ports (e.g., 443, 636 for LDAPS).

    1. Service Health: Check the Azure Status Page for any ongoing incidents.

    Best regards,
    Alex
