Hi, I gave my AZ-400 certification on 21th April. I'm yet to receive my certificate. Please advise.

I appeared for the AZ-400 certification exam on April 21st. However, I have not yet received my certificate. Kindly advise on the next steps.

I have also attached an image of the certification status for your reference. Please assist me in downloading the certificate.
