Graph Subscription Error 400 bad Request with date

I am getting a 400 bad request error when creating a subscription. I used this exact same payload yesterday without any issue. I am pretty sure my date format is correct.

The error message you are might getting because of one of the reasons first According to this MsDoc The endpoint for subscription notifications (defined in the
notificationUrlproperty) must be able to handle validation requests as outlined in the Set up notifications for changes in user data documentation. If the validation is unsuccessful, the subscription creation request will result in a400 Bad Requesterror and second one could be, According to the document of Get started with SharePoint webhooks, thechangeType: createdparameter is not defined for the POST request tohttps://site-collection/_api/web/lists('list-id')/subscriptions.To resolve the error message, Ensure endpoint for subscription notifications (defined in the
notificationUrlproperty) must be able to handle validation, and Try by removing thischangeTypeproperty from your request body.Ensure to Generate New Access token:
