Accessing and using Microsoft Teams on smartphones and tablets across platforms
Hi Randilee,
Since the issue affects you and approximately 25 colleagues, occurs on multiple mobile devices, and the same Shifts data is available correctly in the Teams desktop app, this does not appear to be a problem with a single phone or Teams installation.
You have already tried the main client-side troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling Teams, clearing the cache/data, updating the app, and clearing Shifts app data.
I would recommend that your Microsoft 365 administrator check the following:
Verify that the affected users still have access to the relevant Teams and Shifts schedules.
Confirm that there have been no recent changes to Teams policies, Shifts configuration, or user permissions.
Check Microsoft 365 Service Health for any active or recent Teams/Shifts incidents.
Compare the behavior with another user who has the same team and schedule but is not affected.
If the desktop client consistently shows the correct schedule while mobile does not, collect the affected users, mobile OS versions, Teams mobile version, team name, and approximate time of occurrence and open a Microsoft Support case.
Because multiple users are affected across different devices, I would avoid repeatedly reinstalling Teams. The evidence points more toward a service, configuration, or mobile-client issue than an individual device problem.
If the administrator confirms that the configuration and service health are normal, Microsoft Support should be able to investigate the mobile Shifts synchronization issue using the affected tenant and user information.
