windows server 2025 remote desktop services 1 user cal pack, 2022 RDP downgrade key needs to be reactivated

Question

I encountered problem installing my WS 2025 user cal licence WS 2022 downgrade licence key on a WS2022 server.

the licencing host would not work

i removed the licences with the intention of re-installing the 1x10 RDP licence key not that the licencing host is working.

I keep getting the error that the licence key has been activated, even though the message said it would be removed and i would need to reinstall. I have tried reinstalling but get the same message.

I need to get microsoft help in Australia, but i can't find a working phone number or working live chat to get help.

please how do i proceed
