my pc it keeps saying this app can't run on your pc, check with the software publisher. Am using DELL Windows 11 HOME

I have been abroad and have come back to this problem on my computer i have no idea what app is causing this to begin with rally it literally freezes my computer about every 2 mins with this pop up i cant understand why there is nothing posted answer wise for this
