I tried to activate azure student offer because I am currently a student and I can not use the offer . why I'm not eligible ?

did I already had my student offer and used it?

Email should be academic:

1. You must use a valid academic email (e.g., @edu, @university, etc.).
2. If your institution doesn’t issue such emails, Microsoft may reject it.

Age or region restriction

• Must be 18+ and reside in a supported country.

You've already redeemed it

• Each student is allowed only one Azure for Students subscription.
• If you used it in the past—even under a different email—you won't be eligible again.
• You can go to the Azure portal in your Subscriptions. If “Azure for Students” appears, you’ve already used it.
