Is there a way to add a banner to flag an external call

In O365 email, administrators can configure a banner to display when an email originates from outside an organization. We would like to do the same when an external Teams caller calls. Currently, an outside call has the word external in parentheses but we would like to configure a red banner to really strike it home with recipients that they need to be careful. We have been the victim of callers claiming to be our "help desk" but are really bad actors trying to get access.
