Hello. I could not even look at my settings. When I removed the app, rebooted, my PC came back. I could look at my settings on my PC again. My co worker who is not on Azure, the scan app works fine. I have new Windows 11. My co worker is on the older LAN. We are migrating to Office 365.

There may be issue with App compatibility with Azure AD Policies.

Look for a version of scan app specifically compatible with Azure/Office 365 environments.

Right-click the app installer → Properties → Compatibility tab

Try running in compatibility mode for Windows 10.

Use the Windows built-in scanner utility Microsoft Store.
