How to use the fabric trial version

I am getting error whenever I am trying to start the free trial it shows "We cannot assign you a free Microsoft Fabric trial capacity due to an error"

additionally when I want to create other features in fabric (for say lakehouse. pipeline) it shows me below error:

I open my Azure account with gmail id and then open new user ( as tenant) under it and use that domain to access the fabric.

And in licensing it only shows the PRO , the trial one is faded I cannot select it.
