Need help with successfully redeeming offers from Founders Hub

Since getting accepted into the Founders Hub and gaining access to all the fantastic resources available, I haven't been able to leverage any of them, due to the redemption process not working properly:

  • MongoDB credit - I've created a new account, followed all instructions, the new account was created 2 days ago, no credit visible in the account.
  • Porter - I've followed all necessary instructions to set up my account and (try) activate it. Lots of issues, all currently being worked through with Porter support, however, the 6-month offer had to be manually applied by Porter staff.
  • Stripe - Again, when clicking Redeem and following the instructions, the offer was not visible. Currently have Stripe customer support looking into it to resolve it.
  • GitHub Enterprise - again, despite following prompts, the license had to be applied manually by their support.

Finally, I'm trying to complete the verification of my account, however when it gets to the company verification details, I cannot submit the form. The button is greyed out and there are no visible errors appearing on the page.

I'd love some assistance in trying to figure out whether there is something critically wrong with my account or I'm just that special that I probably should stay 50 feet away from a PC at all times.
