    Hi @SHAILENDRA PRASAD SHUKLA

As per the screenshots provided, looks like there is an issue with DNS Propogation. When you change nameservers at your domain registrar (Hostinger), it takes time for these changes to propagate across the internet DNS system. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours (though usually much faster). Until propagation is complete, some networks might still be looking at Hostinger's old nameservers instead of Azure.

So, please for wait and you can use online tools like DNSChecker.org to check the propagation status of your NS records globally for your domain.

Check for any typos in the nameservers entered. Confirm the A record (@ -> 172.140.225.176) is correctly saved in the domain zone.

Check in Hostinger that your domain is active, not expired, and doesn't have any status like clientHold that might prevent DNS resolution.

Please try to add the CNAME or A record for www as suggested previously, otherwise your domain won't work even after the root domain starts resolving.

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.
