Forgot password and can't access Authenticator app

My company email recently got hacked (I'm the admin), so I reset the password and cannot remember it. I tried to reset the password again, but it needs to be approved in the Authenticator app, which I don't have access to (it stopped working months ago, but I didn't care because I can still access my account using OTP). My domain provider tried to contact MS but was told that the account's owner needs to contact them directly. I tried doing just that and got stuck with the automatic support. Any help? Does anyone have the MS support email?
