Hi Team,
I am having a MS 360 Business basic. I am the only admin for this subscription.
I have lost access to the authenticator app. Now i can't login to the administration account because it only has authenticator as additional security. Even i can't create a support ticket to reset the authenticator app. When i connect the support phone number ,it ask me to reset my password and never passing the call to an agent.
Could someone help me here ? How can i connect the MS support team without login to the account?
