Thank you for your patience. Issue: Detected Subscription Not Allowed to Create or Update Serverfarm.

Workaround/Mitigation Applied:

After further investigation, our internal team has implemented a fix for the customer's subscription.
Additionally, backend logs confirm that the customer can now create the function app without any issues.
