Please sign out from all active tabs within your current browser and clear the cache files. Afterwards, attempt to log in again using your learn ID credentials.
Please follow the steps outlined below: Click on "Launch VM" in the Learn module.
After launching the VM, click on "Resources."
Once on the Resources page, click on the icon labeled "T" or copy and paste the password.
Next, click on the icon labeled "T" or copy and paste the username, then click "Next."
Afterward, click on the icon labeled "T" or copy and paste the password once more. click on sign in.
The lab will open once you have completed the above steps. Please refer to the provided screenshot for further guidance.
