Microsoft Learn VM lab module username and password credentials are not working.

Hi,

I'm working through the Microsoft dynamics 365 finance learning modules and am having issues once I log into the virtual machine mode to complete the lab exercises. I'm able to use the login credentials provided in the instructions to access the VM mode, but when Microsoft Edge opens up, I use the same credentials as instructed and an error comes up saying that the login is blocked for that username due to too many incorrect password entries. Is there a way to reset this?

For reference the lab I am trying to complete is at this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/configure-currencies-dyn365-finance/4-exercise and I followed the "read this first" instructions through step 10 where I encounter the error.

    Hi Michael Carr,

    Please sign out from all active tabs within your current browser and clear the cache files. Afterwards, attempt to log in again using your learn ID credentials.

    Please follow the steps outlined below: Click on "Launch VM" in the Learn module.

    After launching the VM, click on "Resources."

    Once on the Resources page, click on the icon labeled "T" or copy and paste the password.

    Next, click on the icon labeled "T" or copy and paste the username, then click "Next."

    Afterward, click on the icon labeled "T" or copy and paste the password once more. click on sign in.

    The lab will open once you have completed the above steps. Please refer to the provided screenshot for further guidance.
